Sensei Trevor Tezel began training with Shorin-Ryu Karate USA in 1999 under Hanshi Robert Scaglione under whom he continues to train. Sensei Trevor was promoted to the rank of Fourth degree Black Belt in May 2023.

Sensei Trevor is a practitioner of the Rokushaku Bo. Sensei Trevor is a lifelong resident of the Merritt Island area and began training Karate at the age of six with his father, Sensei Tezel, who founded the Merritt Island Dojo and instructs twice weekly classes. Sensei Trevor currently works as a government attorney.

Sensei Trevor teaches class on Monday evenings at 6:00pm and Wednesday mornings at 6:30am.
